Circs done on adults shoud have a closer accuracy of result than those done on babies. However, it would be prudent to express your concerns to the Dr. especially in having enough skin left.
Some of the looser circs (more skin length) will most of the time provide no skin over the glans when flaccid except like in late in the day which is my experience and be quite neat appearing most of the time. It would be rare for a loose type circ to produce smegma or cleanliness problems.
I would guess that there is enough stretch available to the skin that it would be rare to have erection problems.
