The ideal would be constant gentle pressure, but of course you can't keep your hand down your pants. I'v heard of either self-made or bought devices that help this, but I'm no expert on them. If you search MANY pages back you may find some descriptions. Just remember, it you are hurting or getting abrasions, something's not right.
