Hey guys, I have something to add to this issue.
I have had a problem with hypersensitive penis glans for almost a life time. For the past few years I have tried exposing it as much as I could, mostly through masterbaition, and the glans get a good 10 minutes of exposure on most nights during a good week. Although my attempts towards the amount of exposure and desensitization to the glans are not ideal, I have put in relatively a great deal of time and I am not getting any results. I cannot touch the glans and I can only expose it to water if I do not want to feel any pain. I am desperate for any more tips and advice towards a remedy for hypersensitive glans if anyone can offer it. I have heard of using some creams to desensitize it but I could imagine that just applying the cream would still cause a great deal of pain. Let me know what you guys think.>Hi, I'm also 19, and I also had a very painful-to-the-touch problem with the glans, but even after a week of exposing it nightly for atleast 20 minutes, the difference is unbelievable. I don't expect it will be long until I don't feel any such discomfort/hypersensitivity. I think the more you expose it to open air, the faster you'll lose the hypersensitivity.
