Frenulum

I had an extreme case of phimosis. I'm 16 years old and about two months ago and i decided to get circumsized. It was extremely painful but now the pain is gone and the skin around my penis is still in the healing process. The one problem that i have is my frenulum. It's completely healed now but the skin has formed these three bumps. And when i see other male penises there is nothing present on the underside of their penis. I wanted to know is there something wrong and when it completely heals will it go away?
