Do these bumps look like wounds? Could it be swelling?
Maybe go to a GP/Urologist...
Also I would like to ask, when you was circumsized, did you have hypersensitivity on the head of your penis (glans)? If so, did the glans desensitize over time, and how long did it take?

>I had an extreme case of phimosis. I'm 16 years old and about two months ago and i decided to get circumsized. It was extremely painful but now the pain is gone and the skin around my penis is still in the healing process. The one problem that i have is my frenulum. It's completely healed now but the skin has formed these three bumps. And when i see other male penises there is nothing present on the underside of their penis. I wanted to know is there something wrong and when it completely heals will it go away?
