When i was little, around 8 or 9, i was always tought to keep foreskin retracted for hygene. Over the years the foreskin seems like its getting shorter. Now, at 22 the foreskin only covers the ridge of the head, the rest is exposed. Is this normal or is it because of early pre-teen retraction that the foreskin is short. Has any other parents done this with there child or was i just born with a short foreskin. COMMENTS PLEASE
