>1- After erection, leave it exposed until it is completely dry. You will find that touch will transform itself from being painful to being pleasurable.
>2- do not use soap when washing your glans. Just rinse it very well with water. Any spap residue under the foreskin will cause a minor irritation on your glans, which translates to an extremely sensitive and uncomfortable glans.
>3-leave your glans as exposed as possible. After urinating, leave it retracted in underwear and let it go back over head by itself. It should get a couple of minutes of exposure (with the cotton from underwear soaking up moisture to help dry your glans.).
>Also, whenever you are erect, leave your skin retracted to allow glans to dry. And when you masturbate, make sure you use long strokes that uncover the glans fully at every stroke. This is good both to keep forskin functional/elastic, and to help the glans become stronger and thus transform it from a painful surface to one which is pleasurable.

How long did it take you for the painful to pleasurable change...months/years? Just wanting a timeframe
