Cut line is still TIGHT!

Evening all...

I posted a couple of weeks ago about a tight cut line, when I get an erection, its gets REAL tight... will the skin become elasticy? it feels so tight I really cant see it budging...

My 'Ridge', the skin above my cutline, is still very pronounced.. like its still swollen.. but its been like 5 weeks since op... will that go down???

Maybe a trip to docs.. but I dont really want to..
