Try putting on vitamin E oil once or twice a day on the scar, and try to leave your skin retracted as much as possible ( or retract it as often as possible). Over time, the scar will become more elastic.
HOWEVER: this assumes that if you had ftight foreskin before that thedoctor removed sufficient skin to get rid of all of the deffective skin.
