I plan on consulting my M.D. first of all, rather than going straight to the urologist. This way he will be able to see first-hand my situation and then hopefully refer me to a good urologist. I trust my doctors' judgement, in fact he was the one that gave me the Betamethasone cream prescription three years ago to begin with. I'm a little phobic when it comes to doctors having to inspect my genitals, but I'm sure they've done it more than enough to pass judgment.

I think this is the proper choice, since he'll be more educated in the local resumé field than myself.
