The only situation when circumcision is recommended is when you suffer of a physical deformity that doesn’t allow you to urinate.
For your condition there is effective alternative treatment. I know somebody who did it and worked very well.
There is a hormone based cream that can be applied on a regular basis combined with exercise your foreskin will enlarge eventually. Just need to be patient.
The foreskin is erogenous tissue. It gives you pleasure. Cutting it off will reduce your pleasure and also your glans will be exposed and becomes keratinized in time (that means the skin becomes thicker and less sensitive because of lack of protection).
The foreskin also plays a role in the orgasm trigger process. You will regret this decision.
Also circumcision causes an interruption in the penile blood flow. Health Canada says that one of the impotence causes is a blood flow interruption combined with the loss / weakness of sensory nerves from your penis. Check any flyer on this topic at Shoppers Drug Mart.
You will have an increased risk of erectile dysfunction over your life, and less erotic sensation when having sex. Are you sure this is what you want when there are alternative possibilities? Just find the right doctor to prescribe the hormone cream you need.
