It seems the stretching on it's own probably won't work. I've read that scar tissue won't stretch. However, you could try using a steroid cream, that might help. You have to go to your doctor for the prescription, though. It may be embarrassing, but any examination is brief and mechanical and not erotic in anyway. Keep focused on getting the problem resolved. Once you have achieved this goal, you don't need to look back. It's tough getting it sorted, but once it's done, it's over with.
