Some will have the foreskin retract as an erection starts. Some can wear their foreskin permanently retracted behind the glans, in essence giving about the same appearance as a circumcised dick, and some similar advantages as to keeping clean easily, and being less oversensitive to being touched. It seemed to me that if one was uncirced as I was and bared his glans the blue color was not as evident and pink was more dominant. Istarted wearing the foreskin retracted (in fact it would largely usually remain in either position) I thought the bluish shades became more evident.
I was well served by adopting permanent retraction. The oversensitivity to touch left, there was less odor, easy to keep clean, and no loss os the sensitivity of the type needed for sexual enjoyment and orgasms.
