Hey, for the last couple days i've been asking the same questions. I managed to expose my glands about 6 months ago, and while i have 0 problem retracting the foreskin while erect, i had been upset that i had not made huge steps in making the glands less sore. However, over the last couple weeks i've been trying different methods that have been painful at first but slowly you start to see results.
1. Try spending as much time as possible with your foreskin retracted. Expose your glands before you sleep and when you get up in the morning, the more your glands touch your boxers and are exposed, the better.
2. USE ICE. One night after posting i chanced upon an ingenuios idea, why not use ice to rub against the glans, this will deaden the sensitivity and is ten times better than having to painfully rub them constantly. Word of caution--make sure that the ice is a little melted, you don't want to have your glans stick to the ice that might hurt just a little. See if this helps
