After a whole lifetime of retraction problems, I stumbled across the "Norm UK" and can now retract without the discomfort, indeed pain, of former attempts.
No . . . an operation, particularly circumsision was 'not' required. All that was needed was some simple excercises (conducted at my own pace) and I can now retract even when erect - something that was totally impossible before !
Sadly, only ignorance and an obscene lack of information for males has caused too many a needless amount of worry and pain.
