ok i'm a 17 year old uncircumcised boy and my foreskin will only retract about 1/3 of the way down the head. i think it's because the frenulum is too short, so i'm trying to stretch that. are there any other ways of making it longer. also i think i might have phimosis, and i'm trying to stretch the foreskin. again, any other ways to improve that? and one last question. since i can't pull my foreskin all the way back, how am i supposed to clean all the smegma out so it doesn't smell? Thanks in advance.
