First, I'm really really pleased for you mate. Only fellow phimotics (ok, you're ex!) know how much this could mean. Heartflet and sincere congratulations.
Secondly...I've printed off and will follow your method....I work 10 hours a day so progress may be slower...
Thirdly...I can't express how good it must feel to look at sexual people in the eye and say to yourself: 'I am your equal.'
