Not sure of the effect of Vitamin E in terms of stretching. It is generally used to help scars heal nicely.

their website, http://luxiq.com, says exactly this:
I find it interesting that their web site makes no mention of phimosis or proper use on a tight foreskin, even in the "for physicians" section.

One thing you do need to be aware: when you apply the stuff, you need to make sure that it is applied to ALL of the tight foreskin area. Very often, half of the tight ring is hidden (against glans) and is difficult to reveal and thus very hard to apply the stuff to it.

>the best way to stretch? My GP didn't mention anything on how to use it.You need to rub the stuff into all of the tight ring of skin. The stretcbing depends on the extent of your phimosis. If you are able to insert 2 fingers under your foreskin, you do so with foreskin fully forwards and then GENTLY spread fingers apart to stretchg the foreskin opening. Stretching MUST NEVER HURT. Gently and steady is the trick.
Once your foreskin becomes sufficiently retractable, you want to retract your foreksin as often as possible (whenever you urinate for instance). Make sure you bring foreskin forwards (over head) immediatly, especially at first, You don't want it to become stuck behind rim of head, causing paraphimosis.
