First of all, circumcision does not reduce sensation by 50%, unless you have had phimosis all your life and your glans is exposed for teh first time. But had your foreksin suddently become retractable, you would have found that it was excrutiatingly sensitive and not pleasurable at all to stimulate.
You should know that uncircumcised dicks are gaining popularity in the USA and are no longer found to be "anomalities". If you are concerned about how a girl will react to your penis, simply reach into your underwear and retract the skin before she gets to pull your underwear down.
Having said this, having a penis that you are proud of is very important, and you should not have to live with a penis you are ashamed of or afraid to show.
Best bet would be to go have sex with 5 girls. That will either give you confidence that your penis is very appreciated, or may convicne you that you want to be circumcised.
Circumision is a very personal thing. You shouldn't get it done beaucse others are pressuring you to do it. And because it is permanent, only get it done after your desire to be circumcised is sustained for a couple of years. (eg: don't do it on impulse, unless you know you've wanted to do it a long time and are reasonably sure the wish to become circumcised won't go away).
You must also analyze whether you woudl prefer to be uncircumcised, or whether you woudl prefer to see a circumcised penis on yor own body.
