Hi. I'm 17 and uncircumcised and just managed to fully pull back my foreskin while nonerect after it was explained to me by a friend. I'd really appreciate it if people would read my whole explanation and comment--I'm scared and have no idea what to do.
Here's the thing. First of all, there's a ring of fairly tight skin below the glans that fits the descriptions on the site (it's on the lower inside part of the foreskin normally) even when flaccid. I suspect some circulation is being cut off while it is retracted because the head of the penis becomes slightly cool to the touch, maybe just room temperature, after a while. It's also a bit difficult to pull back; certainly not in danger of getting stuck, but also could never be "slid back and forth" over the head as some have described. Also, when I'm retracting it, there's a definite bulging of the part of the glans that is exposed as it tightens around the head. All of this is while nonerect.
I've tried pulling it down while erect, and it feels tight but starts to slide down most of the glans, but I stop at this point, because I highly suspect if I let it go all the way down, which would be very difficult, it would become stuck (as long as it was erect). Alternatively, I've tried pulling it down while flaccid, then trying to get an erection, but I can't become fully erect because of the tightness of that ring of foreskin a little below the head, which is also quite painful.
I haven't tried stretching much but when I do just by pulling it partially down over the head while erect it's rather painful, and not something I'd want to do on a regular basis (or have to maintain for my whole life!). Any comments about what exactly this condition is, what my treatment options are, or recommendations would be hugely, hugely appreciated. Thank you.
