sex when you have phimosis

hey im 17 years old and just discovered i got phimosis...i cant retract my foreskin when its erect or flaccid...i just started doing those stretching exercises i hope it will work.

Theres a big chance i will have sex for the first time soon...will it hurt because of my foreskin? even if i use a condom?
