It connects a little below the urethra, and when I was able to retract the foreskin fully, all worked and looked just find. I think much of my problem is just lack from stretching is what led to my current condition. Just like any other part of the body, if you stop stretching, you'll lose flesxibility, but I suspect there may be some scar tissue involved as well.

>Y'know that little fleshy string that connects the foreskin to the head? I'm wondering... does yours go all the way up until the opening of the urethra?? Mine does, right to the very opening. I'm wondering if I was to get that snipped a little bit, if it would loosen things up.
