Okay, basically after an experience with my girlfriend for the first time I was treated kinda aggressively to how I normally treat myself when its sexy-time! lol

Anyway, she pulled my foreskin right back, and it got caught behind the head of my penis, and oh man did it cause some pain.

Looking on this forum I think it's known as paraphimosis, and there are some technieques used to cure this.

What I would like is some recommendations on whether i should go for an operation, try some techniques, if i need to see a doctor, if i need to get some steroidal cream.

From personal experience what would you guys recommend??
