Exercises tonight...
Well i started off with stretching away and out, and got kinda bored...
What I did then is sort of slowly pulled back the foreskin as much as I could (while erect) but not allowing the foreskin to go totally over the glans.
I dont want it to get trapped behind there because it is painful...
Is this sort of exercise helping me, or is it best to stick to only the pulling away and out?
Or is a mixture of the two beneficial??
