There's absolutely no reason not to get circumcised, if you feel that's the most appropriate course of action. As you're doubtless aware, it isn't the *only* possible solution to your problem, but it will surely work.
As for whether it will look bigger, that's a matter for debate. When erect, there's probably little difference. When flaccid, it may not look bigger, but it will perhaps suggest the erect state. Many women appreciate this, as Williamson & Williamson found.
Don't be alarmed by the prospect of sensitivity loss. The claims for it are weak, based upon anecdotal evidence, and unsupported by scientific fact. Indeed, the scientific evidence points to the contrary. From my own experience (also anecdotal, of course :-)), I've been circumcised for over a year, and have found a slight improvement.
The penis and scrotum should tan, but beware that the glans and inner foreskin will not, since these have mucosal tissue. Be sure to apply high factor sun cream!
