make sure you discuss with the urologist the exact amount and location where the skin is to be removed. You can elect to have a partial circumcision that keeps part of yor head covered when soft (but fully exposed when hard).
In terms of size, you will initially notice the penis being bigger when flaccid. that is because the sensations of head agianst underwear will always result ina bit of a blood flow to the penis (and many erections). Eventually though, your penis will learn to stay totally flaccid in underwear.
Over time, your glans may grow some. But nothing dramatic.
Once hard, there will be a huge difference in appeance since right now, your foreskin is trapped over the head and after the snip, your head will be fully exposed.
Jow, if you pull your foreskin UP while hard, you will notice the scrotum and pelvic skin trying to get close to the head (eg: move up the shaft). This gives the impression your penis is shorter. If your circumcision is very tight, it will also be like that.
However, if your circumcision is partial or moderate, then the base of your penis will be lower than it is now since the skin will no longer be over the glans, so it will give the appearance of a longer penis.
But that is just all image. the penis (organ) itself will not grow. It is just a quetsion of cosmetics and viewing angle.
