Swelled ridges and tight cut line STILL??

Hi all.. I had a full circ 2 months ago.. and the ridge between the cut line and the glands still seemed swelled, and when Im erect, the cut line is tight, giving an hour glass look to my penis... will my scar become stretchy over time or will I need a correction?
