Treating phimosis with thread like adhesion?

Hello,

I've recently been doing stretching exercises to cure very tight phimosis. I've made some progress, but there appears to be some sort to tiny adhesion between the glans and the foreskin a bit under the meatus. Can you provide an opinion on whether stretching the foreskin is safe under these conditions or could this cause problems?
