You don't have a problem at all! What's wrong with having a short foreskin? It is an advantage to have a bare glans for hygiene. I also have a short foreskin and the head of my penis is permanently exposed. I cannot even use my foreskin to masturbate, but I enjoy my bare glans a lot.
