I have gone from complete phimosis to being able to retract fully when flacid and halfway while erect. I have used Hydrocortisone 1% cream and it has helped some but my progress seems to have slowed down. Therefore, I just ordered some Betamethason/Diprosone online and will try that also.
Those percentages should be encouraging for those with phimosis and have not yet tried any topical steroid.
