Hello all,
It's been 10 days since I started stretching and I thought I'd give everyone an update (and get advice/suggestions you may have). I've gone from essentially pinhole phimosis to retracting the foreskin behind the glans while fully flaccid. I only did this once and have avoided full retraction since then due to fears of paraphimosis (it only took a couple of seconds to push the foreskin back...but the tightness got me nervous).
I now retract to around the rim of the glans and then let it return to the forward position.
I guess this is good progress, but I've noticed two problems:
1). There is some definite redness on one side of my glans that seems to become deeper red as the stretching session progresses. It gets close to blood red (but no actual blood leakage). Also, my frenulum (which is connected near the meatus) seems very short and also becomes quite red after a while of stretching.
My technique consists mostly of slowly forcing the foreskin down the glans. Does anyone know if it is safe to continue with my somewhat agessive technique in light of these problems? I've tried the pulling away technique, but it's too hard to get a good grip on the tight ring and the finger insertion technique is still very difficult.
2). Each day after stretching, the foreskin seems to tighten up again so that each new day's stretching is almost as difficult as the last. Should I leave a day between stretching for the foreskin to grow?Any insight or advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
