The word 'need' is interesting. It 'should' be able to rub against clothing etc but as is typical of a man whose glans has rarely if ever seen daylight, there is an abnormal degree of 'ouchiness' that prevails for some considerable time. This is NOT to be confused with your word 'sensitivity' the implication of which there is some special erotic sense that is lost in some (men) --one assumes you to mean the circumcised. Am I right? The inference however is dead wrong because no one in his right mind would crave the extreme sensitivity found in the underexposed glans of the phimotic. It is a sensation one would rather never have. The non painful but fully erotic sensations that a circumcised penis feels are far nicer and much more satisfying as it is ALL pleasure... "ouch" should never happen when it comes to penile stimulation- it is simply an aberrant sensation on the wrong end of the bell-shaped curve!
