i don't think so. i didn't feel dirty after it, although it wasn't entirely a success. but i did clean under my foreskin with soap and still do. when my foreskin was tight, i do remember the skin on my penis (not jsut the foreskin) sometimes drying up alot and dry skin flaking off.
