what are the benefits of getting a partial circumcision as opposed to a standard one and vice versa? also what is a tight circumcision? also, does circumcision leave a scar? and if so, is it that noticeable? and one more thing: i have phimosis and if i got a frenuloplasty, would i be able to retract the foreskin, seeing as how the foreskin is too tight?
