This is really subjective. Ask a million guys and they'll give you a million different opinions. Personally I think the more foreskin the better. But that's just my view.

>also what is a tight circumcision?

A tight circumcision is when a lot of foreskin is removed. A loose (or partial) is where little foreskin is removed - usually enough to relieve the problem/phimosis.

>also, does circumcision leave a scar? and if so, is it that noticeable?

I had a partial circumcision and the "scarring" is hardly noticeable.

>and one more thing: i have phimosis and if i got a frenuloplasty, would i be able to retract the foreskin, seeing as how the foreskin is too tight?

Quite possibly. If the problem is only with the frenulum then you won't need a circumcision (of any kind) at all. You may find that by resolving the problem of a tight frenulum, you could have full action or possibly work towards that via other methods such as stretching or steroid creams.

Good luck.
