>My forskin does not go back and uncover the Glan in both errected and unerrected condition. It just go back very little in unerrected stage. Infact i never tried hard to push it back.I used to think it is normal that foreskin is just connected with glan and it will break when I will do sex first time.Recently only i came to know that it should go back to uncover the glan in errected condition. I have never done masturbation by moving the foreskin to and fro, but I always did my rubbing the glan. Is there any other solution than circumcision, bcoz i am afraid for that. am slightly afraid, if circumcision is the only solution.Kindly suggest me what should I do. Thanks a lot.
Sure, the solution is to make the skin grow by repeated stretching. Just as a person gaining weight grows more skin, your foreskin will grow plenty to allow easy retraction if it has the proper stresses placed on it. By hand, all you need to do is grasp opposite adges near the tip and pull it wider and out from the body. Taut, not painful. Hold for several minutes, less if you just don't have the opportunity for more. But do it several times a day. There are devices and other aids which can give you constant stetching, but there are people on this site who have conniptions at the discussion of those, so I'll let it go, except to say that constant gentle pulling is more effective that occasional stronger pulling. Just below your post are some from Jake Booth - if you search his name here, you'll see he was in just your position a few years ago and achieved total resolution (the threads describing his efforts are also much more detailed about variations on strretching). By the way, your glans will be VERY sensitive at first, but the repeated exposures to air when you pee and stretch the skin back (after you've gotten it mostly stretched) and with clean water (the only thing you should use to clean the glans or the darker pink areas under the foreskin - anything else can cause compiications by encouraging infections) and that will get to where it is not painful. Good luck.
