>>Hello all,
>>I thought I'd provide an update on my progress. I started stretching 3 weeks ago. Started with pinhole phimosis. I can now retract over the glans quite easily when flaccid. I can also retract when semi erect (up to about 80% erect). The blood red spotting that I mentioned in my previous post seems to be fading. It was probably bruising from my initial aggressive stretching attempts.
>>My frenulum still seems too short and causes considerably discomfort when I near full erection when the foreskin is retracted. It seems to have stretched a bit and I'm hoping it will continue to stretch.
>>I have a urologist appointment set for the 18th of October. For those who did not read my initial post, my family doctor recommended circumcision and said there was no other option. What an a-hole. I know I still have a way to go, but my progress has given me hope!
>>As usual, I'd welcome any advice you folks can offer (particulary about stretching my frenulum). Lastly, THANK YOU VERY MUCH to the all the people who have helped me out on this board. You've probably saved me from an unnecessary surgery!

When you wanted the foreskin to open wider, you pulled it that way. When you want the frenulum to get longer you pull it that way. You can pull down the penis or out from the penis. You can also make the foreskin itself grow longer this way, just as the restorers do.
