One issue that has not been discussed...

...at least as far as I have seen:
I have partial phimosis and am afraid of the sex thing because of what I have read about using condoms, i.e. that you must retract the foreskin before you put one on in order to use it properly. This is the main thing holding me back because I think intercourse with my foreskin fully retracted would be painful, since erections with my penis in that state certainly are.
Is there any chance that a condom can still be used properly without retracting the foreskin first, or maybe just retracting it to put on the condom and that letting it forward again? Obviously it seems like this would cause condom slippage and danger of unprotectedness but I was just wondering if anyone else had experience with this issue that could help.
