-------- Frenulum questions...Please help!!

Hello all,

About a year ago, i realized i had tight foreskin and renulum. Now i'm 18, and since then, i have managed to strech the forskin, but the frenulum is a different story. Streching the frenulum wasnt working at all, and also, it was quite painful. Although i have retracted the forskin during an erection, it is EXTREMLY PAINFUL. I've thought it over for a long time, and i've decided to have a frenuloplasty, my OP date is in mid-november.

--->I just have a few specific questions for anyone who has had this procedure or who knows alot about this specific problem.

1/ My forskin bunches up under the head of the penis during an erection (that is if i manage to get it over at all) Will this still happen after frenuloplasty?

2/ There are many different ways of preforming this procedure. (i.e. z plasy, y plasty, just removing the frenulum, tieing it up...) Is one way better than others? Has anyone had any of these procedures? (if so, are u satisfied with the results??)

3/ How visible will the scar be, and is there a chance that this can deform, or shall i say, uglify my penis head?

4/ Right after the procedure, how long should i leave it alone for, and when is it time to begin cleaning again?

Any other advice on how to conduct this procedure (frenuloplasty) would be greatly appreciated, unless it's just another person telling me to strech which i have already done, using correct methods for about one year.
