i had partial phimosis, i could retract my foreskin partly during a full erection. i just put on a condom whilst pulling the forskin back as much as possible, with little success. my foreskin went back to its normal position straight away bunching up the condom. sex was terrible and i found it hard(impossible) to orgasm.
