Obviously if you are going to use a device, you don't want to cause cuts or abrasion. It also must be chemically skin-safe, the right size and shape, and sturdy. I haven't checked a plastic film canister in quite a while, but if the open end is smooth enough, why not try that, with the foreskin taped to it with first aid/surgical tape. Cutting the end off can then just provide a hole to pee through. It certainly seems to be the right size. Initially check it frequently to make sure there's no damage. Perhaps some surgical tape around the rim of the cannister would help, too.
