Don't mess around with a local Doctor- I dd and has a messy circ 14 years ago.
Yesterday I went to Custom House Surgery in East London and Dr Zafira did a fantastic re-circ. Go and se him and get the result you want now. His website is www.circumcision.co.uk
I travelled over a 100 miles for the surgery and it was well worth the travel and reasonable cost to find someone who wanted to make my penis aesthetically good by taking the time to remove the ugy scarring from the previous surgery and remove the frenulum. Don't be scared of the local anaesthetic -the procedure (extensive in my case because of the complications) was painless and he made me feel at ease throughout. I would recommend him to anyone.
