Hi,

You mean you have a tight circular ring that you cannot get a hold of? I had a similar problem. The solution I can up with was to pull the foreskin forward as a whole to gain some extra skin (like the restorers do), thus creating extra flexible skin for you to slip a finger/s inside as the tight curcular band will now be deeper in your forskin.

Once this is accomplised it is a matter of stretching it outwards and slowly but surely you'll get access to the ring. I started by only being able to get 1 finger in then moved to nearly 4...hope this has been of some help.
