Well, Jake has the first hand knowledge (literally and figuratively) but I would add that you ought to be able to grab both layers of foreskin in a gantle pinch on either side and pull outward, like opening up a cloth sack. Do it right where the tightness is, that;s where you want the growth. Jake's method is better when you can get to the inside, but this will get you started.
