Yeah, condoms plus phimosis is a tricky operation. I myself avoided this by convincing my gf to use the pill. That you read in my story. What I didn't write in my story, was that at one time I was also experimenting with condoms, trying to put on a condom so that the foreskin doesn't retract. I don't think it's possible.
Anyway, I'm generally not material for one-night stands, and if I get a gf again, I'll convince her to use the pill again. However, I do realise the freedom that lies in ability of using a condom (without a condom one can't have sex with a prostitute), so I might learn how to do that next time I'm in a relationship.
