A little advice...

I have pinhole phimosis and recently tried doing the streches, but didn't see any such results. On a few topics i've read through and articles i've gone over I heard that using a topical cream would help quicken the results in such extreme cases, such as myself.

So two days ago I ordered it online and today they said they've shipped it. I'm quite happy to see the results of what this cream can do, but I have a few questions concerning it.

How might the cream be applied? Should I also do the streches while using the cream? Would anything bad happen if some of the cream accidently went inside the foreskin? When should I try to pull the foreskin back to see if I've made any progress?

If anyone can answer these questions i'd be very greatful. Thanks in advance.

BTW if all goes well you'll be hearing from frequent updates on my progress.
