when i had tight phimosis, i would pull the foreskin down as much as possible (without ripping) until the ring appeared and applied the cream to the ring, then rubbing it in. after appyling and rubbing the cream in, i followed that by stretching (inserting 2 fingeres inside hte foreskin and pulling apart) foras long as i had time.i havent had any problems with the cream touching anywhere else, the cream is still on my hands when i stretch, i find it helps, and alos cream does get on the head of my penis, i just wipe it away with my finger.
now if that is bad tell me quickly!! but it doesn't seem to have had any problems for me. and it cured my phimosis, so it does work!
