Further to what Lerac said, the cream will only be useful if you continue doing stretches (or try retracting). It won't do anything by itself, but should make the stretching easier. Honestly, I have not personally used the cream, but my answer is based on what I've read on numerous occassions. Keep trying. I started with pinhole phimosis also and am 95% cured after a month of stretching.
