No the frenulum seems fine, this is totally different. Its on the top side of my penis. Its opposite of a frenulum, instead of it being a piece of skin that connects my foreskin and frenulum (it works fine, thats not whats holding me back) its like a small part of my foreskin (top of the gland) is welded to a small part of my gland. Ive been trying stretching it, im not sure of any good methods or how long to do etc. etc.
