This picture shows an example of a remaining lump shortly after a frenuloplasty. The stitches were not placed correctly. May be it disappears after some time, bit it isn’t sure. A surgeon should be willing to correct this, because aesthetic arguments count as well.
Why don’t you go back to your doctor and ask him all the information you need?
